Selective Admissions Advising Guides
The following programs are Selective Admissions, which means students must apply and compete for admission. Program-specific entrance requirements must be completed to be eligible. Admission to LCC does not guarantee entry into a Selective Admissions program. Detailed information about the application process and admission requirements are available in the program-specific Advising Guides listed below. There is a non-refundable $20 application fee to apply to most these programs. To apply, complete a Selective Admissions Application by the deadline listed in the advising guide.

The Nursing program currently offers 2 tracks: 2-Year traditional and 2nd Degree (Bachelors+).
For information about the program, including the application process, admission requirements,
cost, and more, review the Advising Guides listed below for your desired track. Applicants
must complete the ONLINE NURSING SEMINAR and the IN-PERSON PRE-NURSING ORIENTATION
to be eligible for program application.
*Effectively immediately, the Advanced Standing Nursing track (for Paramedics, LPNs, and Respiratory Therapists) is paused due to declining interest.
This track will not be available for at least the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 academic
years. If interest in this track increases in the future, the college may offer it
