The StarZone is LCC's student services hub. Typically, if students have a question, the Customer Relationship staff has an answer. Located in the Gannon Building at the Downtown Campus, it houses the following student services and resources:
StarZone staff assist students with class registration processes, and help new students understand and complete all required tasks prior to registration.
Expert financial aid advisors help students navigate through the often complex process of receiving financial aid.
The Payments desk assists students in paying for their education in a timeframe that fits their budget.
