Meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the third Monday of the month in the Boardroom of the Administration Building, located at 610 N. Capitol Avenue, unless otherwise indicated. You can obtain a copy of the meeting materials in person from the Board of Trustees office 517-483-5252 or duncanb@star.lcc.edu.
Meetings of the Board of Trustees are held in person but participants can also attend through livestream.
Public Participation
Individuals wishing to make a "limited public comment regarding an agenda item" OR "public comment," must submit the "Contact the Board of Trustees" form by noon on the day of the meeting. Please state your name and the subject you wish to discuss. Livestream participants can only address the Board via Webex. After signing up through the "Contact the Board of Trustees" form, please enter your name in the comments box to inform the Webex moderator that you are present.
(Minutes will be available no later than five business days after the meeting in which they are approved. Only approved minutes will be posted online. Unapproved minutes will be accessible for public inspection (but not for copying) at the office of the Board of Trustees.)
