Technology Help

Library Help Zone staff cannot provide support for advanced technical issues or issues that would change hardware settings on personal devices such as installing software or printers. For advanced support, contact the LCC Help Desk at 517-483-5221.

• Connecting to campus Wi-Fi.
• Finding customer support contact information for your device or software. 
• Finding step-by-step directions via LCC’s 5Star Service Center for printing from a personal device.
