Lansing Community College

College Connect program is aimed at helping recent graduates who may have experienced interruptions to in-person learning due to COVID, which resulted in a learning loss.

This program supports learners’ college transitions with weekly sessions focused on college and career readiness.  Students will attend in-person sessions Tuesdays – Friday where they will engage in both hands-on application as well as online learning.  Students can choose to enroll in either a morning or evening session.

The English sessions include a review of essential reading and writing skills to prepare students for their first college English course.

The math sessions are focused on skills such as test taking strategies, how to study math, and essential math and problem-solving skills that will help you be successful in math.

College Success Skills

Students will also participate in sessions to support their college and career success. This includes learning about
college admissions, financial aid, college resources, and career exploration.
