Financial Services Project Management and Business Analysis (FS-PMBA) leads all Financial Services Division technology-related projects, leveraging technology systems to maximize external and internal customer service. FS-PMBA is responsible for configuring systems to deliver identified business requirements and resolving technical issues, while ensuring solutions are technologically feasible, enforceable, and compliant with governmental regulations. FS-PMBA seeks continuous quality improvement of Financial Services processes, reporting, and adherence to the community college philosophy.
