The Host

Cynthia Rooker

Cynthia Rooker serves as the Director of Auxiliary Services at Lansing Community College, where she leads a diverse portfolio of operational areas including Mail, Asset & Inventory, Shipping and Receiving, Food Services, Transportation, Print Services, and Conference Services. In addition to her administrative leadership, Cynthia is also a dedicated educator, teaching courses within the School of Business.

With many years of committed service to the college, Cynthia is deeply passionate about student success and the transformative power of education. Her work is driven by the meaningful relationships she has built with students and colleagues, which continue to inspire her every day. Cynthia also proudly serves as the Institutional Representative (IR) for MI-ACE, where she advocates for equity and leadership development across Michigan’s higher education landscape.
