Reserve a College Vehicle
To reserve a college vehicle, you must complete a vehicle request which can be located in the 5Star tab on the LCC homepage. For proper consideration (For a 15 Passenger Van) your request must be submitted a minimum of two full business days in advance of your requested departure date. Charter buses should be requested as far in advance as possible, preferably three weeks. Requests will then be considered and assigned based on vehicle and charter availability. Both are coordinated in the 5Star request form. For questions about this process please contact Transportation & Fleet Services.
If you wish to drive a college vehicle you must read, agree to, and sign the following documents. All are found and signed within the 15 Passenger Van Training in the Talent Management System (LMS). These are provided here for your reference only:
- Vehicle Use Agreement Form
- Summary of Driving Requirements
- Driver’s Record Request Form
- Safety and Operation of 15 Passenger Vans
Drivers Record Request Form will be sent to the requestor after successfully completing the 15 Passenger Van Training.
Request Training
Transportation & Fleet Services provides training for the following:
- 15 Passenger Vans
- Forklift Operation
- Golf Cart Information, Operation and Safety
If you need one of these trainings your supervisor can approve it for you and it will appear in your Talent Management System (LMS).
