LCC's Nursing program is selective admission. In order to be considered, students must meet admission requirements beyond those required for general admission to the college. There is no wait-list to enter the program; instead, acceptance is based on a point system. Check out the Nursing Advising Guides for the application process and admission requirements. 

Our Career Ladder Nursing Program is your path to becoming a registered nurse, a "Hot 50" job in Michigan with an average hourly wage of $30.82. Upon completing your course of study you'll earn an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Nursing and will be eligible to take the National Council Licensing Examination. This highly regarded program has been national accredited for more than 45 years and is approved by the National Board of Nursing.
