LANSING, Mich. – Hispanic Heritage Month (HHM) takes place each year from September 15 to October 15. LCC is proud to recognize and celebrate the many contributions, diverse cultures, and the history of the American Latino community.
 
This year’s theme is “Latinos: Driving Prosperity, Power, and Progress in America." The focus will be on recognizing the significant strides of Hispanics in the economic, political, and social growth of the U.S.
 
LCC is a proud sponsor of 517 Hispanic Heritage Weekend Sept. 22 through Sept. 24, in Downtown Lansing. There will be FREE activities all weekend including a Hispanic Heritage Dance Class and Mixer, A Taste of Hispanic Heritage Festival and a Latin Jazz Night. View the full list of activities here.
