LCC’s Performing Arts program kicks off its 2025 summer season with one of the most popular and widely performed Shakespearean comedies, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”

June 25-29 @ 7 p.m.
“A Midsummer Night’s Dream”
by William Shakespeare
Directed by Mary Job

A story of order and disorder, reality and appearance, and love and marriage, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” tells the twisted and humorous tale of four love-swept Athenian youths escaping parental and royal matchmaking, a bickering fairy king and queen, a royal wedding, and a rambunctious group of working-class citizens aspiring to perform in the roles of their lifetimes.

All performances begin at 7 p.m. at the outdoor amphitheater. In the event of rain or extreme heat, performances will move to Dart Auditorium. Performances are free. Donations will be accepted. For more information, go to lcc.edu/showinfo.
