The Public Service Career Community is right for you if you enjoy helping individuals and communities by providing safety, security, and access to legal services that help them improve their lives.
All of the programs in this pathway offer a path to employment, transfer into a four-year or bachelor's degree program, or both. Programs in this Career Community can lead to immediate work as a corrections officer, digital evidence specialist, firefighter, legal assistant, or police officer. In addition, we offer a post-bachelor certificate in legal studies to help you move from another career area into the field of legal assisting.
