Overview
Group fitness instructors are fitness professionals that organize, motivate, teach, and lead a group of people in various exercise classes. These instructors lead group exercises such as circuit training, aerobics, or a variety of other fitness trends. Instructors choose music that is appropriate for their exercise class and create a routine or a set of moves for participants to follow.

Personal trainers are skilled and trained fitness professionals that motivate, teach, and work individually with people to achieve their fitness goals. They design exercise programs that are tailored to the client’s individual goals, limitations, and interests. Personal Trainers are required to maintain exceptional knowledge of all aspects of fitness and health, and their major responsibility is to assist their clients in achieving fitness goals and developing a better understanding of what is required to maintain optimal health.
