Lansing Community College

The Child Development and Early Education Associate in Applied Arts Degree at Lansing Community College is accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Early Childhood Higher Education Programs of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The accreditation term runs from 03/2025 to 03/2032.

If a student took CHDV 100/111 in multiple falls, their first fall attempt is considered the start of their time in the program. A student's full-time or part-time status is determined based on the number of credits they took during their first fall. 12 or more credits = full-time; less than 12 = part-time. A student was denoted as having graduated/received an award in the program if they received either the Associate's degree with major code 1637 or 1253.
