Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations are available for the LCC community and visitors for "top-off" charging. The service is free for LCC faculty, staff, and students for the first four hours, and just $1.98 per hour for the general public for a maximum of four hours. LCC is proud to offer 16 ChargePoint Charging Stations on Downtown Campus with a total of 32 charging ports.
Charging Information
Vehicles parked in EV ChargePoint stations must be actively charging to be eligible to park. If not charging, or not an electric vehicle, a violation may be issued by LCC Police.

Updated ChargePoint EV Charging Pricing to kWh-Based Rates (MDARD Compliance)
LCC has updated ChargePoint EV charging pricing to comply with MDARD requirements by converting the public energy fee from time-based billing to a kWh-based rate. This is a straight conversion (pricing and policy remain the same, just billed per kWh instead of per hour).
General Public Pricing:
Energy rate: $0.30 per kWh (est. $1.98 per hour)
Station time: Free for the first 4 hours
