The passenger elevator in the TLC Building is out of service. Parts for the repair have been ordered, but the timeline for delivery is uncertain.

You can use your StarCard to access the building’s freight elevator until the passenger elevator is back in service. Signs will be posted to direct you to the freight elevator.
