LCC Summer Stage presents “The ‘Tail’ of Peter Rabbit”

LCC Performing Arts presents “The ‘Tail’ of Peter Rabbit – A Musical,” adapted by Rob Roznowski from the story by Beatrix Potter. The music and lyrics were composed by Theatre faculty and show director Chelle Peterson.

Young audiences will love this charming, interactive musical with its comical characters and five original songs. This adaptation follows the adventures of Peter as he raids Farmer McGregor’s Garden, gets tangled in netting and then lost. We join Peter on his search to find his way home and get to meet all the creatures he interacts with along the way.

Audience members are invited to join the cast after each show for berry punch, cookies and other activities. Following the Saturday and Sunday matinees, we’ll be hosting Karyn’s Kritters, which will bring small animals for petting and observation. Karyn’s Kritters is a non-profit small animal rescue and adoption organization.

Admission is free. Audience members should visit the box office to pick up a seat voucher for entry into the theater. The box office will open ½ hour before curtain. Reservations will not be taken. Seating is limited.

WHEN: June 24-28, Wednesday through Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m.

WHERE: LCC Black Box Theatre, Gannon Building, room 1422
