LCC invites you to join us as we celebrate the 20^th anniversary of the Shigematsu Memorial Garden and honor the legacy of Dr. Tai Sung Kim with a special tree dedication.

The Shigematsu Memorial Garden serves as a meaningful connection between LCC, Japan and the many students who participated in the Japan Adventure Program. This celebration will recognize the garden's 20-year history while honoring Dr. Kim's tremendous contributions to the program and the LCC community.

The event will include a tree dedication and commemorative plaque unveiling in honor of Dr. Kim, and refreshments following the ceremony. It will be held 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, in the garden.
