Celebrate Día de los Muertos with LCC
The Hispanic Heritage Awareness Committee invites the LCC community to celebrate Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a joyful tradition honoring loved ones who have passed.
Event highlights will include:
- Skull painting, to allow you to express yourself through art while honoring the traditions of Día de los Muertos
- Altar creation, where attendees can add personal photos or items to an altar
The event will be held 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, in the TLC Building’s “glass room,” room 2230.
