Lansing Community College Now Enrolling for Medical Front Office Trainings
14-week program leads jobs in healthcare

Medical front office students at LCC have the opportunity to earn required industry credentials and network with local employers during their studies, which gives students a leg up in hiring after program completion. Those who complete the program become health care administrative professionals who deliver patient-centered and effective care in the real world.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Medical Front Office industry is projected to grow by 28% through 2030, a rate much faster than other occupations. Additionally, the Michigan Center for Data and Analytics projected the field to grow by 11.5% through 2032.
LCC will offer five summer 2026 cohorts of the Medical Front Office Specialist program beginning May 20, June 17, July 15, and Aug. 19. Interested individuals should complete a job training application and include the desired Medical Front Office Specialist program cohort on the form.
