LCC set to celebrate its 2025 graduates
College will hold 67th Commencement ceremony

LANSING, Mich. – Lansing Community College will honor its graduates at the 67th Commencement ceremony
at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16, at the Jack Breslin Student Events Center on the Michigan
State University campus.
LCC expects to honor many of the 1,665 students eligible to participate in this year’s
ceremony.
Brandy Johnson, president of the Michigan Community College Association (MCCAA), will
serve as the commencement speaker.
Kelli Ellsworth Etchison, chief marketing officer and chief diversity officer at LAFCU,
will receive the 2025 Distinguished Alumni Award. She graduated from LCC in 2007 with
an associate’s degree in general studies.
