Lansing Community College has received questions regarding settlement payments associated with the 2023 litigation, In re Lansing Community College Data Breach Litigation, United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, Case No. 1:23-cv-00738-PLM-RSK.

Lansing Community College has paid all settlement funds to the court-approved settlement administrator, Kroll Settlement Administration LLC, for distribution to eligible class members. Kroll has advised that settlement payments are currently being distributed, including certain payments issued through Zelle.
