Faculty Change In Status Application Process
The 2026-27 application process closed on June 30, 2025. If you have submitted a form, you can access it in the "Pending/Draft" menu under "My Forms" on Dynamic Forms page (login required). Questions related to Change In Status can be directed to HR-Compensation at hr-compensation@lcc.edu.
Employees will be notified when the application process for the 2027-28 Faculty Change In Status is open. Applications will be accepted during the dates of May 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. The application and related materials must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026 to meet the Change In Status requirements.

A full-time faculty member is eligible to apply for Change in Status at the end of their second academic year of work as long as they will have worked for three academic years by June 1 of the following year and satisfy the criteria for consideration for Change in Status described in Article XIV.J of the MAHE collective bargaining agreement by December 23rd.

A part-time faculty member is eligible to apply for Change in Status if they currently satisfy or will satisfy by December 23 the criteria for consideration for Change in Status described in article XIV.J of the MAHE collective bargaining agreement.
