Faculty Orientation
The goals of the Faculty Orientation sessions are to create a welcoming transition for new instructors and connect them to LCC resources and services.

Transforming Learning through Teaching (TLTT)
In this transformative course, a collaborative approach is used to model various teaching and learning strategies and create a faculty learning community.

Teaching Online Certification (TOC)
This online course has been designed specifically for faculty who will be teaching online and/or hybrid courses. Successful completion will result in an online teaching certification granted by Lansing Community College's Center for Teaching Excellence.

Pedagogy of Equity (POE)
This course will focus on intentional inclusive pedagogical design and building critical community into our classrooms and workspaces.
