Louise Rabidoux

Licensed Professional Counselor

I facilitate personal and educational development through counseling, success coaching, and advocacy. Assisting students in identifying concerns, developing strengths and coping skills, and achieving academic and personal success is the most rewarding aspect of my work.

As the Center for Transitional Learning (CTL) Counselor, I target my outreach and support to students who place into READ, WRIT, ESOL, NCRW, and ACAD coursework. In addition, I serve on the LCC Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT).

Special Counseling Interests: Grief and Loss, Sexual Assault, Relationship Violence, Depression and Anxiety, Coping with Change, Academic Success, Developmental Challenges, Post-Traumatic Stress.

I wish to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment to help students explore their goals, feelings, and behaviors.
