Help promote student voter registration and make your voice heard by applying for the 2022-2023 Michigan Collegiate Student Advisory Task Force (CSATF). Serving on the task force is a tremendous opportunity to represent LCC in a statewide body while building a culture of civic participation on your campus.

You can apply at Michigan.gov/SOSStudentTaskForce until Tuesday, Feb. 15. 

Task force members will accomplish the following ahead of the November 2022 elections:  

• Assess barriers and challenges students commonly face when attempting to engage in elections.
• Develop and enact solutions to promote youth and student voter participation on your campus.
• Identify resources to implement solutions for identified barriers in your area.

Up to 25 undergraduate students from colleges and universities across Michigan will be selected to serve for one calendar year beginning in April 2022. No more than two members will be selected to represent any one school and students set to graduate before April 2023 will not be considered.
