On Nov. 8, 1965 the Higher Education Act was passed, expanding access to college for many people in the U.S. LCC will join in the national recognition of this date with free food and stickers Tuesday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Gannon Building Highway (just past the StarZone), and from 4-6 p.m. at West Campus.
