In the event of severe winter weather that requires LCC to suspend operations at physical campuses, you will receive an alert to your LCC Gmail as well as any phone you have added to our Emergency Alert System. In addition, you can always check lcc.edu, LCC social media or local media on snowy mornings to see what we are doing.

If we suspend operations on physical campuses, all online and online real time courses will continue as scheduled. All face-to-face and hybrid courses include a section in the syllabus titled “College Emergency Day Information” that tells you how your class will handle snow days.

The best thing you can do on a day with suspended operations on physical campuses is check your LCC Gmail and your D2L email for information. Please contact your professor or instructor if you have questions regarding your class.
