What makes your company a great place to work?

Our company is a great place to work because it is deeply involved in the community and bettering our community.

Describe the culture of your company.

Learning oriented, caring, and giving.

What majors do you hire?

Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, Psychology, Administrative, Medical Assistants, and LPN.

What skills and/or experiences do you look for in candidates?

It does depend on the position but mainly education, applicable experience in mental health, and State of Michigan licensure.

Do you offer internship programs?

Yes, All areas. Students can apply all year long.

Do you have any open positions you would like to highlight?

Not at this time.

What is one piece of career advice you would give LCC students?

Being open to other companies outside of the main ones in Lansing. You may not have all the ideal qualifications but still apply.
