These trainings will help you take initiative, direct your career and help you to make an impact on the community & those around you. No matter what your role at LCC, LEADERSHIP STARTS WITH YOU!

For LCC employees' convenience, below is a list of external leadership development programs that many individuals in the community college community have found helpful. Those employees who are interested in attending an external program are required to obtain their supervisor's prior approval and to assume the cost of the program unless otherwise agreed upon between the employee and supervisor. This information is accurate as of Spring 2004.
