LANSING, Mich. – The Aviation Technology Program at Lansing Community College will hold an in-person graduation ceremony 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 2, at the Mason Aviation Center, 661 Aviation Drive, Mason, Michigan. Media are invited to join our graduates and their families at the ceremony.

“Our students are justifiably proud of their accomplishments, and we are proud of them,” Aviation Maintenance Technology Program Director Mark Bathurst said. “After two years of rigorous study, they have earned the skills and technical acumen to join the aviation technology workforce. We’re grateful for the opportunity to celebrate their tremendous achievement in person.”

A tour of the Aviation Technology Center and light refreshments will precede the ceremony.

One of only 44 Delta Air Lines partner programs, LCC’s Aviation Maintenance Technology Program operates within a specialized 60,000-square-foot hangar at the Mason Aviation Center in Mason, Michigan. One hundred percent of LCC Aviation Maintenance Technology students pass the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification exams, which are required to work in the field.
