Constituent Relationship Management

Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) consists of the processes we use to track and organize our contacts with our current and prospective stakeholders (students, faculty, staff, businesses, community members, other organizations). CRM software is used to support these processes; information about these stakeholders and interactions can be entered, stored and accessed by employees appropriately.

Typical CRM goals are to improve services provided to stakeholders, and to use stakeholder contact information for targeted marketing. The Marketing and Communications Department is currently using a hosted solution, called Intelliworks ( as our CRM application.
