LCC has partnered with WeeCare, the nation’s largest network of vetted, licensed, and background checked local childcare providers, offering flexible childcare options (home daycares, centers, preschools, nannies, babysitters, and tutors) and scheduling (full-time, part-time, weekend, overnight, back-up, and drop-in). Employees have free access to the WeeCare provider network and WeeCare 24/7 concierge services to assist them in finding the perfect childcare provider. Dedicated care managers provide a full concierge experience by:
- Listening to and understanding employees' specific needs and preferences
- Setting-up in-person or virtual tours and matching families with the perfect childcare options
- Providing 24/7 support, from finding care to post-enrollment check-ins
In addition, employees have free access to the WeeCare app to set-up automated billing with the childcare provider, see photo and video updates of their child, and connect with other parents and receive answers from childcare and early education experts through the WeeCare Community forum.
