Videos

Video can be a useful tool in communicating vision. Our past and future DEI efforts in Academics, Human Resources, Orientation, Police & Public Safety, and the Mid-Michigan Police Academy were introduced by video. The videos were centered around sharing where we were where we are and where we plan to go.

Organizational Structure

An investment in diversity, equity and inclusion is an investment in people. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion at LCC has grown from a single Chief Diversity Officer into a fully-functioning, multi-faceted department of staff dedicated to leading the way as the college moves from intention to action.
