LCC is following Governor Gretchen Whitmer's MI Safe Start Plan, introduced May 7, 2020, and adjusting to the plan as it evolves. We will also closely follow health protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and our local health departments.
The college used the MI Safe Start Plan to create four LCC resumption stages. These stages explain how we will manage classes, employees, visitors, and health and safety as the pandemic progresses. Please note: It is possible to move to a higher stage and then have to backtrack to a previous stage if a significant outbreak of the virus develops.
