Check your Mood at the Door -- Hot Topics with Hot Beverages
October is Emotional Wellness Month and fall is the time for beautiful colors, corn mazes and hot cider! However, it also means we are heading towards colder weather and many will experience seasonal depression in addition to depression due to an uncertain future and social isolation since the pandemic restrictions implemented in March.
Join the LCC Counselors for a relaxed, informational discussion on how to manage our emotions as we move back indoors while also living within the pandemic restrictions. Grab your favorite hot (or cold) beverage and join us at one of the two times listed below via WebEx. Be sure to RSVP for the event to be entered into a drawing to win a prize!
Thursday, Oct. 22 at 10 a.m. or 3 p.m.
Sessions will last about 30 - 45 minutes.

Note: This is not a formal group therapy session; just a chance to learn and share.
