  Administrative Services Work Requests

 
 

The following status codes may appear on a Service Request dependent on the type
of action that is being taken to fulfill the request.

Webfrm – service request submitted, but no action has yet been taken.
Rejected – service request will not be completed.
Hold – service request has been reviewed, but more information is needed before the service will be scheduled.
Open – service request has been turned into a work order, but may not yet be assigned or scheduled
Scheduled – service request is in the schedule of services to be performed.
Complete – service has been performed, but final documentation is not finished.
Closed – service and documentation is finished.
Assigned – service request has been assigned, but may not yet be scheduled.
Cancelled – service request was cancelled and will not be completed.
Superseded – service will be covered by another service request. The superseded service request will not be completed.
