Registration
The early registration fee for the entire three-day institute will be $200. Registration received after May 1, 2011 will be $250. No refunds will be issued after June 1.
This fee includes continental breakfast on each of the three days, lunch on two of the three days, and a Wednesday evening celebratory dinner.
You will be responsible for arranging your own transportation and lodging.
