Call to Order

 

The meeting was called to order at 5:20 p.m.

Roll Call

 

Present: Hollister, Pelleran, Smith, Rasmusson, Laverty

Absent:  Canady, Proctor

 

Trustee Pelleran left at 5:31 p.m.
 

Limited Public Comment Regarding Agenda Items

 

There was no public comment.

 

Ethics Policy Development
 
There was open discussion on the development of the Ethics Policy.

 

MOVED by Trustee Hollister and supported by Trustee Rasmusson to use the Middle Sex Community College as a model.

 

Ayes:  Hollister, Smith, Rasmusson, Laverty

Nays:  None

Absent: Canady, Pelleran, Proctor

 

Motion carried.

 

Trustee Smith requested to amendment the motion to incorporate the current LCC policies and the Bay de Noc Community College.

 

Ayes:  Hollister, Smith, Rasmusson, Laverty

Nays:  None

Absent: Canady, Pelleran, Proctor

 

Motion carried.
