Out-of-State Transfer Programs allow students to complete LCC coursework that can be transferred to an out-of-state school. Many of these out-of-state programs are offered in an online format, while others will require students to move to the out-of-state location.

National Articulation and Transfer Network (NATN): LCC joined the NATN in December 2004 in an effort to increase the number of out-of-state transfer options for students. Specialized partnerships are being established which allow for the out-of-state transfer of an AA or AS degree to the following schools: Bowie State (MD), Fisk University (TN), Florida A&M University (FL), Hampton University (VA), Howard University (Washington DC), Morgan State University (MD), Norfolk State University (VA), Tennessee State University (TN), Xavier University (LA).
