                          TRANSFER INFORMATION GUIDE


Chiropractic colleges in the United States require the prospective student to 
be a high school graduate (or to present evidence of equivalency), have 
completed and furnish proof of having completed a minimum of 90 acceptable 
semester credits leading to a baccalaureate degree in the arts and sciences 
(see Note 1). Credits must be earned at accredited institutions listed in the 
US Office of Education's Directory, Colleges and Universities.  Acceptable 
courses include the areas of English, the social sciences or humanities, 
organic and inorganic chemistry, biology, physics, and psychology as part of 
undergraduate studies.  College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) is accepted 
by chiropractic colleges in the United States.  Life University, Palmer 
College, and Sherman College do not accept CLEP credit in the sciences.

1. The Council of Chiropractic Education (CCE) requires the completion of 90
   acceptable semester hours for entrance into the Doctor of Chiropractic
