1. This transfer guide represents a 3+1 Articulation (partnership) Agreement 
   between Lansing Community College (LCC) and Davenport University that
   facilitates the transfer of 81-95 LCC credits toward the completion of a 
   Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration at Davenport
2. This guide includes courses from the following LCC curriculum, allowing 
   students to simultaneously earn an Associate in Applied Science degree while 
   preparing to transfer to Davenport University: Dental Hygiene(0279), 
   Fire Science/Basic EMTS (1057), Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology (1632),
   Professional Fitness Leader (1703), Radiologic Technology (0196), or
   Surgical Technology (1021). 
3. Students may choose to complete this third year requirement at LCC or 
   Davenport University after transferring.
4. Davenport will evaluate the student's official transcript upon successful 
   completion of one of the LCC degrees listed in Note 2, awarding up to 
   27 credits for General Education Requirements met.   
5. Up to 15 credits will be accepted in transfer for courses comprising the 
   major area of study for the selected curriculum.
6. An additional 20-34 credits will be accepted in transfer from the remaining
   required courses from the student's chosen program of study.
7. Students seeking an LCC associate degree must fulfill specific graduation
   requirements. See the LCC Catalog for details.
6. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and 
   writing. To determine accurate course placement, students should take the 
   Computerized Placement Tests in the LCC Assessment Center (GB 200) prior to
