1.  This transfer guide supports an Articulation (partnership) Agreement between
    Lansing Community College (LCC) and Ferris State University (Ferris), which 
    facilitates the transfer of LCC credits to the Ferris Bachelor of Science in
    Allied Health. Courses offered through Ferris are online, with advising 
    available through the LCC University Center Ferris location. This articulated
    agreement does not have a specific expiration date.  
2.  Students MUST earn one of the following LCC associate degrees in order to 
    be awarded the FSU Bachelor of Science in Allied Health: Diagnostic Medical 
    Sonography, Radiologic Technology, or Surgical Technology.
3.  See the MACRAO Transfer Agreement for appropriate LCC course options. Final
    responsibility for verifying all transfer information lies with the student.
4.  Students transferring to Ferris may complete the MACRAO Transfer Agreement.
    Ferris honors the MACRAO stamp on an official transcript as fulfilling lower 
    level general education courses that are not programmatic or prerequisite 
    requirements. A 2.5 cumulative GPA is required for admission into the Allied 
    Health program, with a 2.0 or better grade required for course transfer. 
5.  If the student does NOT get the MACRAO stamp they will be required to meet 
    the FSU General Education Requirements for a Bachelor of Science degree.

6.  Students must earn 40 credit hours at the upper level (300/400 level) to 
    graduate, with a minimum of 30 credits complete through Ferris.
7.  One Humanities (Cultural Enrichment at Ferris) must be at a 200 level or 
8.  One Science course must include a lab.  
9.  One Social Sciences (Social Awareness at Ferris) must be at a 200 level or 
10. Students seeking an LCC associate degree must fulfill specific graduation
    requirements. See the LCC Catalog for details.
11. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and 
    writing. To determine accurate course placement, students should take the 
    Computerized Placement Tests in the LCC Assessment Center (GB 200) prior to
