NOTES:
1.  This transfer guide represents an Articulation (partnership) Agreement between
    Lansing Community College (LCC) and Capella University which facilitates 
    the transfer of LCC semester credits toward the completion of a Bachelor of
    Science in Public Safety at Capella University. This articulated agreement
    does not have a specific expiration date.
2.  This guide includes courses for the LCC Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement
    curriculum, allowing students to simultaneously earn an Associate in Applied
    Science degree from LCC while preparing to transfer to Capella University.
3.  Students must graduate from LCC with an associate degree in an approved field
    of study with an overall GPA of 2.0, as calculated by LCC. 
4.  See the Capella University General Education Requirement guide for a complete
    list of LCC course options.  
5.  Select 4 credits from FREN/GRMN/JAPN/SPAN 122.
6.  Select 3-4 credits from: ECON 120/260, GEOG 200, POLS 260/270, SOCL 120/260
    and select 9-13 credits from: PSYC 200, SOCL 120,254,260.  
7.  Select 4 credits from: WRIT 121,131 and WRIT/ENGL 122,132.
8.  Completion of 0-8 credits from the LCC Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement
    curriculum CHOICE 2B fulfills the remaining course requirements for this
    transfer guide.
9.  Students who complete the coursework on this transfer guide may be eligible 
    to receive a LCC associate degree. Please contact an advisor in the Academic

10. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and 
    writing. To determine accurate course placement, students should take the 
    Computerized Placement Tests in the LCC Assessment Center (GB 200) prior to
