NOTES:
1. This transfer guide represents an Articulation (partnership) Agreement
between Lansing Community College (LCC) and Lawrence Technological University
(LTU). This agreement facilitates the transfer of LCC courses as 64-65 credit
hours toward the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
at LTU. Students will complete a minimum of 78 credit hours for the BS degree
at LTU (available at the LCC University Center).
2. This guide includes courses for the LCC Mathematics/Physics (0200) program,
allowing students to simultaneously earn an Associate in Science degree from
LCC while preparing to transfer to LTU.
3. See the MACRAO Transfer Agreement for appropriate LCC course selection.
4. Select 3-4 credits to fulfill the LCC Communication Core from:
http://www.lcc.edu/transfer/pdf/core_macrao_crosswalk_rev.pdf.
5. General education requirements may be waived by one of the following methods:
a. Satisfying the MACRAO Transfer Agreement - transcript must be stamped
"MACRAO Agreement Satisfied" prior to transfer.
b. Course by course transfer as indicated on this guide.
c. Satisfactory completion of an articulation agreement where applicable.
6. The Writing Proficiency Exam (COM 3000) must be taken during the first
semester at LTU. COM 1001 - University Seminar - is excused.
7. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and
writing. To determine accurate course placement, students should take the
Computerized Placement Tests in the LCC Assessment Center (GB 200) prior to
registration. For testing hours call (517) 267-5500.
For further information and advising, contact the LTU University Center Office at
