NOTES:
1. This transfer guide supports an Articulation (partnership) Agreement between
   Lansing Community College (LCC) and Ferris State University (Ferris).  This 
   agreement facilitates the transfer of LCC students with an LCC AAS in 
   Nursing - RN Option (0222) to the FSU Bachelor of Science in Nursing 
   Completion Program.  Some courses on this transfer guide are in addition to
   those required for the AAS Nursing degree..  
2. This program is fully-accredited by the National League for Nursing Accredit-
   ing Committee (NLNAC), and can be completed at the LCC University Center on a 
   part-time basis or fully online.  To express your interest and to add your 
   name to the list of prospective students, contact the FSU Lansing Office at 
   (517) 483-9723.
3. Students transferring to Ferris must complete the MACRAO Transfer Agreement
   with the MACRAO Stamp on their transcripts and a 2.00 cumulative GPA prior to
   transferring.  Students must meet FSU General Education Requirements for a 
   Bachelor of Science Degree delineated of the FSU General Education website, 
   if the student does NOT get the MACRAO stamp.  Learn more about general

   Final responsibility for verifying all transfer information lies with the 
   student. 
4. All science and math courses must be taken within 5 years of application to
   your professional sequence.
5. Student MUST have a 2.0 or better in WRIT 121, ENGL/WRIT 122, MATH 112 and
   have complete 7 credit hours in science to apply for this degree.
6. To be admitted into this program, students must have:
   a. An AAS-RN degree.
   b. A 2.0 cumulative GPA is required for admission to the program.
   c. A current, valid RN License
7. To apply to the FSU RN-to-BSN Completion program:
   a. An application is available online at http://www.ferris.edu/offcampus. 
   b. Submit a copy of the RN licensure
   c. Submit official copies of transcripts from all education institutions 
      attended.
8. Students seeking an LCC associate degree must fulfill specific graduation
   requirements including the LCC general education core requirements.  See the 
   LCC catalog at http://www.lcc.edu/catalog for additional details.
9. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and 
   writing.  To determine accurate course placement, students should take the 
   Computerized Placement Tests in the LCC Assessment Center (GB 200) prior to
