NOTES:
1. Students may transfer one-half of the credits required for the baccalaureate
degree. A minimum of 32 credits must be taken at Oakland University.
2. OU requires a minimum cumulative transfer GPA of 2.5. Since some programs
required a higher GPA the student is encouraged to consult with an OU
advisor as early as possible.
3. Oakland University honors the MACRAO Transfer Agreement. Students whose
transcripts are endorsed as "MACRAO Satisfied" will only be required to
fulfill the following three general education requirements at OU:
a. writing intensive course in the major;
b. capstone course;
c. knowledge applications course.
4. U.S. Diversity courses (excluding SPCH 280) may be double-counted in a
Knowledge Explorations area.
5. ANTH 270 may be used to satisfy Global Perspective OR Social Science, not
both.
