1. See the Alma College General Education Distributive Requirements for
   appropriate LCC courses.  LCC courses other than those appearing on this guide
   should be checked for transferability to Alma College.
2. A maximum of 62 semester credits may be transferred from a two-year college.
   Students are encouraged to work with an advisor from Alma College to determine
   appropriate courses.
3. A minimum grade of a 2.0 is required for all transfer courses.
4. Students must demonstrate proficiency in mathematics after arrival at Alma
   College.
5. Students seeking an LCC associate degree must fulfill specific graduation
   requirements including the LCC general education core requirements.  See the

6. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and 
   writing.  To determine accurate course placement, students should take the
