NOTES:
1. The FSU Construction Management program with options in Commercial/Industrial
Building and Highway/Bridge Concentration, was designed to accept graduates of
the associate degree programs in Architectural Technology, Civil Technology,
Construction Management, Residential Building or equivalent programs.
2. Admission Requirements: apply by January 15 prior to Fall entry.

b. AAS degree from major listed in Note 1
c. MATH 126 (precalculus) competency required
3. Due to the sequential nature of the courses in this BS degree, students should
consult with a Ferris advisor prior to completing general education require-
ments or program courses beyond their associate degree.
Students not completing the MACRAO Agreement are required to complete the
Ferris General Education requirements. See Ferris advisor for general
education advising needs.
4. Students seeking an LCC associate degree must fulfill specific graduation
requirements including the LCC general education core requirements. See the

5. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and
writing. To determine accurate course placement, students should take the
Computerized Placement Tests in the LCC Assessment Center (GB 200) prior to
