NOTES:
1. This transfer guide represents an articulation (partnership) agreement
between Lansing Community College and the Atlanta University Center (Clark
Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College) that facilitates
the transfer of LCC students to programs within each of these schools.
Students planning to enroll in a program which will transfer to an AUC college
are asked to contact Addie Morrow, LCC Counselor, at (517) 483-1165.
2. Admission Requirements
a. Minimum cumulative grade point average for transfer - 2.50.
b. Courses with grades less than 2.0 will not transfer.
c. Maximum number of transferable credits - 60 semester hours.
d. Minimum of 26 semester hours of earned college credit must be presented
for admission.
e. Application deadlines: Fall - February 15, Spring - October 15
3. Eight credits of electives should be chosen from either intermediate foreign
language (FREN, GRMN, SPAN 201, 202) or world literature (ENGL 211, 212).
Both sequences are required, and the sequence not completed at LCC will be
completed at Morehouse College.
4. Students seeking an LCC associate degree must fulfill specific graduation
requirements including the LCC general education core requirements. See the

5. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and
writing. To determine accurate course placement, students should take the
Computerized Placement Tests in the LCC Assessment Center (GV 200) prior to
